Recently, the People's Committee of Son La province issued a Decision approving the Project to complete traffic route No. 1A, Northwest Square flower garden (section from Trang bridge to route 1A).
The project is invested by Son La City People's Committee, project implementation period is from 2024 - 2026.
The project has a total investment of 343 billion VND, funded by additional sources from the provincial budget, provincial land use fee revenue and the city budget.
Notably, up to over 331 billion VND is the cost of compensation and resettlement support. The number of households identified includes 76 households, with an area of about 6,500m2 , including 12 households along Dien Bien road from Trang bridge to 1A intersection, 10 households on the land managed by Son La Urban Environment and Services Joint Stock Company, 54 households in the resettlement area of October 26 Park, Son La city.
Over 7 billion VND in construction costs, completing the technical infrastructure system of lot 1, lot 2 along Nam La stream, renovating along Dien Bien street, expanding the road surface, completing the intersection of route 1A, building sidewalks, drainage system, lighting system, public toilets, traffic safety system...
According to information from the People's Committee of Son La city, up to now, land measurement, inventory of assets, crops and trees have been completed and inventory records have been signed with 53 households; the process and procedures for site clearance are continuing to be implemented according to regulations.
In addition, the project has been completed, submitted to the Department of Construction for appraisal, and submitted to the Provincial People's Committee for approval. Investment procedures are continuing to be implemented according to regulations.
Son La City is also determined to move households to new housing in 2024.
