The winning bidder for project implementation is the ACD - Phuc Dong Joint Venture, composed of ACD Housing Development Joint Stock Company and Phuc Dong Housing Development Joint Stock Company. In addition to building the project, the investor commits to contribute 3 billion VND for social welfare activities suitable to local needs. The project implementation schedule is set within 814 days, calculated from the time the land is allocated.
At the same time, the Da Nang City Department of Construction also issued an official dispatch to implement the city's directives on rectifying, strengthening transparency and preventing negativity in the development and management of social housing.
