On July 7, the Project Management Board for Construction Investment of Nguyen Trai commune, Hung Yen province organized the payment of compensation and support funds to households whose land was recovered to implement the Van Nhue - Hoang Hoa Tham Industrial Park (Tan A Dai Thanh Industrial Park) project in Nguyen Trai commune, Hung Yen province.
In this phase, 79 households in Anh Nhue village with land areas within the site clearance area of the project have received compensation and support funds according to the plan approved by competent authorities, with a total amount of nearly 55 billion VND.
Payment work is implemented by the Nguyen Trai Commune Construction Investment Project Management Board to the right beneficiaries, in accordance with regulations, publicly, transparently and ensuring compliance with State regulations.
At the payment session, households were guided to complete dossiers and procedures, and were also answered on contents related to compensation and support policies when the State recovers land.
Thanks to doing a good job of propaganda and mobilization, the majority of households agreed and coordinated to implement. Many households expressed their support for the policy of land acquisition to implement the project, and highly appreciated the spirit of responsibility of the Party Committee, local authorities and the Project Management Board in publicizing the compensation plan, fully and promptly implementing regimes and policies, creating peace of mind and trust for the people.
The payment of compensation and support funds is an important step to accelerate the site clearance progress of the Van Nhue - Hoang Hoa Tham Industrial Park project.
The project is expected to create momentum for industrial development, attract investment, create more jobs for workers and contribute to shifting the local economic structure towards sustainability.
