On January 30, Joint Stock Auction Company No. 5 - National Organized a land use right auction for 1 land plot at point X1 and 6 land plots at point X2, belonging to Yen Vinh village, Thanh Lam commune, old Me Linh district (now Quang Minh commune, Hanoi City). Land plots with areas from 75m2 to 211.63m2, the starting price at the first auction round is 10,940,000 VND/m2, according to the level approved by Quang Minh Commune People's Committee.
On February 1st, an auction of 16 land plots belonging to the project to build technical infrastructure for the residential land use right auction area DG31, in Yen Quan village, Tan Phu commune, old Quoc Oai district (now Hung Dao commune, Hanoi city) is expected to take place. The land plots have an area from 80.5m2 to 111.9m2, the starting price of the first auction round is 6,391,000 VND/m2.
On February 5, National Joint Stock Auction Company No. 5 continued to organize an auction of residential land use rights for 34 land plots in Muc Uyen 2 hamlet, Ha Bang commune, Hanoi City. The total land area is 4,529.1m2, land plots have an area from 126.9m2 to 180m2, with starting prices ranging from 8,570,000 VND/m2 to 13,188,000 VND/m2, depending on the plot.
On February 6, the auction of 27 land plots took place at point YB2, Yen Bai village, Tien Thang commune, Hanoi city. Land plots with areas from 90m2 to 150.8m2, the starting price of the first auction round is 7,170,000 VND/m2, according to the level approved by Tien Thang Commune People's Committee.
Also on February 6, the Property Auction Service Center (Hanoi Department of Justice) organized an auction for residential land use rights for 17 land plots in the Dong Doc Duoi and Sau areas of the National Reserve (Die Ha village); Ao Sau Lang (Noi village); Ao Cua Kho adjacent to the sports field (Trai village), belonging to Chuyen My commune, Hanoi City. The land plots have an area from 63.11m2 to 124.9m2, with starting prices ranging from 2,591,000 VND/m2 to 7,821,000 VND/m2.
On February 7, Lac Viet Joint Stock Auction Company organized an auction of residential land use rights in Ba Hoa 2 area, Phong Trieu village, Phu Xuyen commune and Van Diem commune land use right auction area (now Phu Xuyen commune, Hanoi City). Land plots have an area from 73.79m2 to 180m2; of which 32 land plots in Ba Hoa 2 area have a starting price of 4,538,000 VND/m2, and 2 land plots in Van Diem area have a starting price of 12,053,000 VND/m2.
On the morning of February 8, an auction of residential land use rights for 22 land plots in Binh Xa village (symbol BP01), Tay Phuong commune, Hanoi City is expected to take place. The total area of land plots is 1,833.8m2, the area of each plot is from 69.2m2 to 117.1m2, the starting price ranges from 11,822,000 VND/m2 to 18,455,200 VND/m2.
On the afternoon of February 8, Joint Stock Auction Company No. 5 - National continued to organize an auction of residential land use rights for 20 land plots in Ma Co area (X2 area) and 2 land plots in Dong Nga area (phase 3), belonging to Tay Phuong commune, Hanoi City. Land plots have areas from 68.55m2 to 150m2, starting price of 10,839,000 VND/m2.
On February 9th, Lac Viet Joint Stock Auction Company organized an auction for residential land use rights for 25 land plots belonging to the Land Use Right Auction Technical Infrastructure Project in Long Khuc field, Tien Yen commune, former Hoai Duc district (now Son Dong commune, Hanoi City). The land plots have an area from 74.75m2 to 148m2, starting price of 15,659,000 VND/m2, maximum construction height of 4 floors.
Notably, at the end of 2024, the auctioned land area in Long Khuc field, Tien Yen commune, old Hoai Duc district once created a "land fever" when many lots recorded winning prices exceeding 100 million VND/m2. Accordingly, in August 2024, the auction of 19 land plots in Long Khuc area attracted hundreds of applications to participate overnight. The land plot with the highest winning price reached 133.3 million VND/m2, with a total value of more than 15 billion VND, more than 18 times higher than the starting price of 7.3 million VND/m2.
On February 10, the residential land use right auction took place for 33 land plots belonging to the technical infrastructure construction project of the interspersed residential land use right auction area (XK2-CH and XK3-CH) in Can Huu commune, old Quoc Oai district (now Kieu Phu commune, Hanoi City). The total area of the auctioned land is 3,799.7m2, the land plots have an area from 98.0m2 to 145.4m2, starting price of 8,016,000 VND/m2.
