At about 10:05 PM on February 8th, the Information and Command Center (TTTTCH) - Hanoi City Police received a report of a fire at a house combined with a music and coffee business (No. 65, alley 185 Trung Thon, Dong Anh commune, Hanoi).
Immediately after receiving the news, TTTTCH urgently dispatched 6 fire trucks, 1 ladder truck, 1 truck carrying vehicles, 1 fire command vehicle and 45 officers and soldiers of Fire and Rescue Teams No. 1, No. 3 and No. 20 under the Fire and Rescue Police Department (Hanoi City Police) to quickly arrive at the scene to deploy fire fighting, rescue, and relief work.
Along with that, leaders of the Hanoi Fire and Rescue Police Department were directly present at the scene to command and operate the work.
About 5 minutes after receiving the fire report, Sub-unit No. 2 of Fire Fighting and Rescue Team No. 20 approached the scene.
Through reconnaissance, it was determined that the fire occurred in the 3rd floor area, with a lot of smoke and toxic gas spreading to the upper floors and people trapped inside. The fire commander urgently deployed 1 prong using breathing tubes and specialized equipment to approach the fire area to search and rescue people; and at the same time organized 1 prong to directly extinguish the fire.
At about 10:25 pm, functional forces rescued and guided 9 people to escape safely, and at the same time took 6 people to the airy rooftop area on the rooftop.

With the efforts of the Fire and Rescue Police force, along with the coordination and support of local authorities and the people, by about 10:30 PM on the same day, the fire was completely extinguished, preventing it from spreading to neighboring houses and upper floors.
After ensuring safety, all 6 people were brought safely from the roof to the ground.
Initial information determined that the burned house is 5 floors high and 1 attic, with an area of about 90m2 per floor; the fire occurred in the 3rd floor room with an area of about 20m2.
Currently, the cause of the fire is being further investigated, verified, and clarified by functional agencies.
