On December 24, according to Lao Dong's source, the People's Committee of Lang Son province has just issued a decision approving the adjustment of the implementation time of the Resettlement Area Project to serve the Huu Nghi - Chi Lang border gate expressway under the BOT form, in Van Lang district (old).
According to the decision, the project implementation period was adjusted to extend from 2024 to July 30, 2026, instead of the previous time frame.
Previously, the People's Committee of Lang Son province also approved the Plan to select a contractor for this resettlement area project, with a total value of the packages of more than 51.2 billion VND.
The plan includes 21 packages, expanding from survey consulting, construction drawing design, project management consulting, construction supervision, procurement of materials and equipment to construction works
Of which, the construction package with the largest value, over VND44.2 billion, is widely organized online, expected to be implemented in the first quarter of 2025, with an implementation period of about 9 months.
The capital source for project implementation is the state budget in the BOT project, ensuring compliance with current regulations on investment management, construction and bidding.
On the same day, the People's Committee of Lang Son province has just issued a decision to adjust the Huu Nghi - Chi Lang expressway project, raising the total investment to VND 11,808 billion, an increase of VND 779 billion compared to the previous approval.
