On the morning of December 22, 2025, the 15th Party Central Committee Conference, term XIII, opened in Hanoi.
1. In the morning, the Party Central Committee worked in the Hall. General Secretary To Lam delivered the opening speech and chaired the Conference. Comrade Luong Cuong, Politburo member, President on behalf of the Politburo chaired the Conference.
After the opening session, the Party Central Committee held a separate meeting to give opinions on completing the Report of the 13th Party Central Committee on personnel work of the 14th Party Central Committee to submit to the 14th National Congress of the Party and the 1st Central Conference of the 14th tenure for decision and election according to regulations.
2. In the afternoon, the Central Committee worked in the Group to discuss and give opinions on draft documents submitted to the 14th National Party Congress, including: Political Report; Report summarizing a number of theoretical and practical issues on socialist-oriented innovation in the past 40 years in Vietnam; Report summarizing 15 years of implementing the Party Charter (2011 - 2025) and proposing and guiding the addition and amendment of the Party Charter.
