Hung Yen Provincial Department of Construction has just posted information about the extension of the time for receiving applications to buy social housing in phase 1 at the Social Housing Construction Project under the land fund in the commercial housing development project planning in Tien Phong ward and Phu Xuan commune, former Thai Binh city (now Thai Binh ward and Tran Hung Dao ward, Hung Yen province).
According to the document of Machino Phu Xuan Co., Ltd., previously on May 28, 2026, the enterprise had a document sent to the Hung Yen Provincial Department of Construction on posting information to receive applications for social housing purchase at the project. The first phase of application receipt is implemented from June 1 to the end of July 10, 2026.
However, due to the small number of customers submitting registration documents, the investor requested the Department of Construction to allow an extension of the time to post information to receive applications for social housing purchase in phase 1.
Accordingly, the extension period for receiving applications starts from July 11th to the end of August 20th, 2026. The receipt of applications is carried out from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and holidays, Tet according to regulations.
Working hours in the morning are from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM, and in the afternoon from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM.
The application receiving location is Machino Phu Xuan Social Housing Sales Office, Ly Bon street, Tran Hung Dao ward, Hung Yen province.
The investor said that the extension is to create conditions for people to have more time to prepare and submit applications to register to buy social housing at the project.
