Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Nguyen Trong Dong has just signed and issued Official Letter No. 01/BCD-CDLGLSDLDD dated October 20, 2025 on the implementation of the campaign to enrich and clean up the national land database and launch the emulation movement to "enrich and clean up the national land database".
The document clearly states: Implementing Plan No. 515/KH-BCA-BNN&MT of the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment, Plan No. 252/KH-UBND of the City People's Committee; Document No. 7842/BNNMT-TCCB of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment related to the national database on land, the Steering Committee for implementing the campaign to enrich and clean the national database on land (Steering Committee), directs and proposes to implement the following contents:
The Steering Committee launched an emulation movement, striving to comprehensively complete the goals, results and progress of the 9-day Campaign in accordance with the spirit of Plan No. 515/KH-BCA-BNN&MT, Plan No. 252/KH-UBND.
Assign the Department of Culture and Sports to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Agriculture and Environment, People's Committees of wards and communes to organize propaganda and launch emulation movements throughout the city in the spirit of Document No. 7842/BNNMT-TCCB.
The Department of Agriculture and Environment (the standing agency of the Steering Committee) is responsible for guiding, urging and synthesizing reports on the results of the campaign implementation.
Direct the Hanoi Land Registration Office to arrange working groups (2-3 officers) with capacity, experience, and expertise to support communes and wards during the implementation process.
Check, provide technical instructions, ensure data is "correct - complete - clean - reliable - unified - shared". Synthesize the situation, results and promptly report to the City Steering Committee.
Request the City Police to coordinate with the Department of Agriculture and Environment and People's Committees of wards and communes to conduct the review and authentication of land data with the National Population Database; ensure information safety and security throughout the campaign implementation process and ensure the set progress.
Request the People's Committees of wards and communes to identify this as a key political task, need to focus resources, human resources and necessary conditions to effectively implement according to Plan No. 252/KH-UBND; report to the Party Committee to implement a synchronous and consistent plan, develop specific plans at the local level, clearly assign people, work, time and responsibilities.
