Hanoi Department of Construction has just publicly announced information on social housing projects at land plots CT-01+CT-02 and CT-07 belonging to the Thanh Lam - Dai Thinh 2 New Urban Area Project, Quang Minh commune, Hanoi. The project investor is Housing and Urban Development Investment Corporation - Co., Ltd.
The area of land plot CT-01+CT-02 is about 13,296m2; land plot CT-07 is about 11,433m2. The project is invested and built without using public investment capital, trade union financial sources.
At the CT-01+CT-02 project, the total number of social housing apartments includes 159 for sale, with an area of 54.53-66.53m2 each; and 87 for rent, apartments with areas from 54.53-66.53m2.
For the CT-07 project, there are 123 apartments for sale, each apartment area from 34.86-69.25m2; and 74 apartments for rent, similar apartment area.
The project is expected to be completed and put into use in the fourth quarter of 2027. The time to receive applications for social housing is expected from the third quarter of 2026.
Regarding selling price, at the CT-01+CT-02 project, the price is 15,398,925 VND/m2 (including VAT, excluding maintenance costs), maintenance fee 293,313 VND/m2; rental price is 52,268 VND/m2/month (including VAT and maintenance costs).
At the CT-07 project, the selling price is 15,480,006 VND/m2 (including VAT, excluding maintenance costs), maintenance fee 294,857 VND/m2; rental price is 51,423 VND/m2/month (including VAT and maintenance costs).
The Hanoi Department of Construction notes that it is strictly forbidden for organizations and individuals to take advantage of social housing policies and people's needs to collect money or deposits against regulations. All acts of fraud in declaring and confirming dossiers for buying, renting, and leasing social housing when detected, including during the post-inspection process, will be handled according to current regulations. At the same time, the Department recommends that people not receive illegal transfers and not submit dossiers at locations not notified by investors on the website of the Hanoi Department of Construction.
