On July 17, information PV obtained, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee just held a conference under the chairmanship of Mr. Nguyen Dinh Trung - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Hue City.
At the conference, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee considered and concluded many important contents, including the disciplinary action against Mr. Luu Duc Hoan - City Party Committee member, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Chan May - Lang Co commune; former Provincial Party Committee member, Secretary of the Party Committee Office, Chief of Office of Thua Thien Hue Provincial Party Committee.
According to the conclusion of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, in the period from December 2020 to April 2024, in his position as Secretary of the Party Committee, Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office and representative of the investor of the Thua Thien Hue Provincial Party Committee Guest House Project, Mr. Luu Duc Hoan lacked inspection and supervision, violated regulations on the responsibility of heads in leading, directing, and organizing project implementation; violated working regulations, regulations on what party members are not allowed to do and the responsibility to set an example.
The above violations were determined to have caused consequences and adversely affected the prestige of the Party organization and Mr. Luu Duc Hoan personally.
Based on the content, nature, severity, and consequences of the violation and Regulation No. 69 dated July 6, 2022 of the Politburo on disciplinary action against Party organizations and violating party members, the Standing Committee of Hue City Party Committee decided to impose reprimand discipline on Mr. Luu Duc Hoan.
