The incident happened on the road from Yen Minh commune to Quan Ba commune (Tuyen Quang province) last night, July 15.
According to the ambulance driver, although National Highway 4C (Hanh Phuc road) from Ha Giang City (old) passes through Quan Ba, Yen Minh, Dong Van, Meo Vac with many passes and narrow roads, and he asked to overtake by horn many times, the 7-seater car did not slow down.
At the time of the incident, it was raining and the road was slippery, so the car in front did not slow down or yield, so the ambulance could not overtake.
At that time, the ambulance was carrying a male patient in critical condition, the accompanying medical staff had to squeeze the Ambu balloon to intervene in artificial ventilation, trying to save the patient's life.
However, the patient did not survive on the way to the emergency room.
