On January 20, the People's Committee of Chuong My ward, Hanoi said that the Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Department of the ward had just issued a Notice on recording administrative violations in the field of land in the land of Dong Man, Long Chau Son residential group, Chuong My ward.
Accordingly, the Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Department of Chuong My ward discovered 1 housing project with a construction structure of foundation, walls made of red-tiled bricks, steel frame, corrugated iron roof, brick floor inside, with walls divided into compartments built on 78m2 of agricultural land.
According to the Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Department of Chuong My ward, this agricultural land area originated from the Long Chau Son land consolidation and exchange sub-committee that assigned to Ms. Nguyen Thi Tap according to the land consolidation and exchange plan of Long Chau Son village, with the land use purpose assigned and the land use right being rice land.
The construction of the above-mentioned project is an administrative violation in the field of land," affirmed the Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Department of Chuong My ward.
To handle this violating project, on December 25, 2025, the Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Department organized a public listing notice to find administrative violators in Notice No. 212 dated December 24, 2025;
Time from December 25, 2025 to the end of January 2, 2026; place of posting, public announcement at the headquarters of Chuong My Ward People's Committee (place serving public administration and the People's Reception Department), cultural house of Long Chau Son residential group, at construction works caused by administrative violations; on the ward's radio system.
Up to now, no organization or individual has come to the Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Department of Chuong My ward to carry out the above-mentioned violations.
The Department of Economy, Infrastructure and Urban Affairs announces the organization of the establishment of a record of administrative violation in cases where the subject of administrative violation cannot be identified to submit to the competent authority for issuance of a decision to handle violations according to the provisions of law on January 16, 2026 at the land plot with administrative violations in the land of Dong Man, Long Chau Son residential group (the location of the agricultural land plot of the Long Chau Son land consolidation and exchange has been assigned to Ms. Nguyen Thi Tap's household according to the village land consolidation and exchange plan).
The Department of Economy, Infrastructure and Urban Affairs shall notify organizations and individuals who are the investors of the above-mentioned projects to proactively contact the Department of Economy, Infrastructure and Urban Affairs before the time of making a record of administrative violations.
After the above period, if no organization or individual comes to claim to be the investor of the project, the Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Department shall prepare a dossier for handling administrative violations according to regulations.
