Vietnam Auction Joint Venture Company has just announced the auction of residential land use rights in Thach Loi village, Noi Bai commune, Hanoi city.
According to the announcement, 10 land plots with a total area of 1,107.5 m2 are put up for auction. The area of each plot is from 109.6 m2 to 111.9 m2. The starting price is 21,957,600,000 VND/m2.
The auction session is organized in the form of direct voting at the auction session, one-round auction using the up-pricing method.
The time for selling invitation documents to participate in the auction is from 8:00 AM on June 18, 2026 to 5:00 PM on July 1, 2026. The documents are sold at the Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board of Noi Bai commune (Xuan Bach village, Noi Bai commune, Hanoi city, former Quang Tien Commune People's Committee headquarters) and the headquarters of Vietnam Auction Partnership Company.
Each person can participate in the auction of many land plots. For each land plot registered for auction, participants must pay the application purchase fee and deposit according to regulations. In case of registering for the auction of many land plots, participants must pay the application purchase fee and deposit corresponding to the number of registered land plots.
Each land plot registered for auction corresponds to one participation dossier and one auction participation registration form. How to write the registration form is instructed in the form attached to the auction regulation. The components of the auction participation dossier are implemented according to the provisions of Article 4 of the auction regulation.
The auction is expected to be held at 8:00 AM on July 4, 2026 (saturday) at the Hall of the Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board of Noi Bai commune, Xuan Bach village, Noi Bai commune, Hanoi city (former Quang Tien Commune People's Committee headquarters).
Auction participants must be present at the auction venue no later than 7:30 am on July 4, 2026 to complete procedures to enter the hall. In case of authorizing participation in the auction, the authorized person must present a valid authorization document, which clearly states the scope and content of the authorized work.
