Hai Duong adjusts apartment project worth nearly 300 billion VND

Hai Duong - On the morning of October 2, the People's Committee of Hai Duong province held the October meeting (first time) to listen to, discuss and give opinions on the content of reports and proposals of departments and branches.

At the meeting, the Provincial People's Committee agreed to propose adjusting the investment policy of the Ta Quang Buu Apartment Complex Construction Project in Binh Han Ward, Hai Duong City. Accordingly, the total investment will be increased by VND 37,231 billion and the project implementation period will be adjusted to 2024 - 2026. The investment capital for the project will come from the provincial budget in the medium-term public investment plan for the period 2021 - 2025 and the period 2026 - 2030.

Chairman of Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee Le Ngoc Chau requested the Department of Planning and Investment to continue reviewing the investment level according to current regulations, and at the same time coordinate with the Provincial People's Committee Office to complete the report of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee to report to the Provincial Party Standing Committee for comments.

Previously, on May 28, 2024, the People's Committee of Hai Duong province approved the Ta Quang Buu Apartment Complex Project. The project is invested by the Hai Duong Construction Investment Management Board, with a total investment of VND 292.3 billion from the provincial budget in the medium-term public investment plan for the period 2021-2025.

The land area used is about 4,831.5 m2. Of which: CT1 Apartment Building has a scale of 18 floors, the construction area of ​​the first floor is 1,120 m2, the total construction floor area is 20,217 m2, arranged with 240 social housing apartments with the area of ​​the apartments from 45 m2 to 62 m2. CT2 Apartment Building has a scale of 18 floors, the construction area of ​​the first floor is 770 m2, the total floor area is 13,484 m2; arranged with 150 social housing apartments with the area of ​​the apartments from 45 m2 to 62 m2.

The investment in the construction of Ta Quang Buu Apartment Complex is a high-rise social housing project to serve the relocation of households (eligible for social housing policies according to regulations) currently living in degraded collective housing areas and old apartment buildings that do not ensure construction quality and safety in use in Hai Duong City (Binh Minh Collective Housing Area, Pump Collective Housing Area, Su Collective Housing Area...).
