Thai Nguyen - More than 70 billion VND has been invested by Pho Yen City in a series of transportation projects, making travel and trade more convenient.

Accordingly, in 2025, Pho Yen City plans to implement 10 projects to renovate and upgrade traffic routes with a total length of 17km with a total cost of more than 70 billion VND, from the local budget.

Typical projects are: Renovation and upgrading of the road connecting Van Phai commune, Pho Yen city to Bac Son commune, Soc Son district (Hanoi); renovating and upgrading the road from provincial road 274 to Thuong Vu 1 hamlet, Thanh Cong commune; renovating and upgrading the road connecting from provincial road 261 - Phuc Tan to Song Cong city...

It is expected that the above projects will be completed and put into use before 2027. The simultaneous implementation aims to expand small, narrow, and degraded routes to help synchronize and improve traffic infrastructure, thereby improving travel and trade.

Previously, the People's Committee of Pho Yen City had directed relevant agencies to complete investment steps according to regulations, while actively propagating, regularly guiding and supervising contractors to ensure progress and quality of the project...

Pho Yen City currently has 18km of Hanoi - Thai Nguyen Expressway running through; 18km of National Highway 3 (old), 47.2km of provincial road DT.261, DT.266, DT.274, DT.274B; 72.5km of city road; 288km of commune road; nearly 100km of village and hamlet road...

In the 2021-2024 period, the City People's Committee has invested in renovating, upgrading and building over 60 new traffic works, with a budget of over VND 2,500 billion.
