On April 15, Le Chan Ward People's Committee organized the payment of compensation, support, and resettlement money to the last household to implement the Urban Renovation Investment Project at plots OTM2-1, N2-3, CX2-4 belonging to block A2 (150 To Hieu Project).
With the last household agreeing to receive money and hand over the site, Project 150 To Hieu has officially completed site clearance, helping the investor and construction units have 100% clean land to implement the Project according to the set schedule. From there, contributing to changing the urban architectural appearance, improving the living environment and increasing the value of the land fund in the central area of Le Chan ward.

Project 150 To Hieu has a total land area of 16,177.1 m2, arranged with land use functions, including residential land combined with commercial - service 4. 778.7 m2. In which, the high-rise building has a scale of 3 basements and 40 above-ground floors, meeting the needs of housing combined with commercial services. Green land, landscape 4. 543.9 m2. Public transport land, internal roads and yards 6. 854.5 m2.
The project's objective is to form a modern residential area combined with commercial and service services, in line with urban development orientations; build a synchronous technical infrastructure system, including transportation, green trees, water supply and drainage, and lighting; contribute to embellishing the urban appearance, effectively exploiting existing land funds, and avoiding waste of land resources.
