On the night of April 12, Hong Bang Ward Police coordinated with Hong Bang Ward People's Committee to launch a campaign to strengthen inspection and handle violations of public order and sidewalk order in the central city area.
During patrols and inspections, functional forces discovered and seized 7 toy electric vehicles operating illegally in prohibited business areas in the central strip. All exhibits have been handed over to the Hong Bang Ward People's Committee for handling administrative violations in accordance with the law.
Along with strictly handling violations, the working group has directly propagated and mobilized individual business households to strictly comply with city regulations. The business of toy electric vehicles in the wrong places not only causes urban unsightliness but also poses a potential risk of unsafety for people and tourists when walking in the central area.
In the coming time, Hong Bang Ward Police will continue to maintain inter-sectoral coordination, strengthen surprise patrols to prevent the situation of re-encroachment on roads and sidewalks, determined to maintain urban order and discipline in the pilot ward of Hai Phong city.

Previously, on September 9, 2025, Lao Dong Newspaper had an article reflecting on the "race" of toy electric vehicles at Tam Ky flower garden (Hong Bang ward). After that, Hong Bang Ward People's Committee had a document requesting rectification; requesting the Hong Bang Area Project Management Board to have solutions to immediately stop illegal business activities in this area, strictly handle violations that cause urban unsightliness and environmental sanitation. Ward police directed and strictly handled cases of violations of security and order, traffic safety in the central city area, ensuring absolute safety for people and tourists.
