The Ring Road 2 Construction Investment Project, Tan Vu - Hung Dao - Bui Vien road section passing through Hung Dao ward has a total recovered land area of 59.6 ha, involving 1,001 households, individuals and 23 organizations.
Over the past time, the ward has focused highly on directing functional departments and agencies to promote propaganda, complete the identification of land origin, inventory, and develop compensation and site clearance support plans to each household to promptly pay and recover land for project implementation.
However, by the morning of September 23, there were still 7 households in the Phuc Loc and Tieu Tra areas who had not voluntarily handed over land. These land areas include: residential land; agricultural land and irrigation land managed by the Ward People's Committee. The Ward People's Committee has issued a Decision on coercive land recovery for the above-mentioned households.
The coercion process was carried out in accordance with procedures, ensuring security and order and safety of people and property. Up to now, Hung Dao ward has completed land recovery to implement the investment project to build Ring Road 2, Tan Vu - Hung Dao - Bui Vien road section passing through the ward.
