On September 23, Mr. Bui Vinh Quang - Director of Hanoi Oncology Hospital signed and issued a decision on authorizing the management of work during the absence of the Director of Hanoi Oncology Hospital from the agency.
Accordingly, Mr. Bui Vinh Quang authorized Mr. Vu Kien - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Director of Hanoi Oncology Hospital to be in charge and manage the work of Hanoi Oncology Hospital during Mr. Quang's absence from the agency.
Mr. Vu Kien is responsible for directing, operating, and handling the hospital's work according to the Hospital's Organization and Operation Regulations and related regulations; Responsible before the Party Secretary, the Hospital Director and before the law for the assigned tasks.
This decision takes effect from the date of signing.
