At the payment session, 77 households in 3 residential groups: Vinh Quang, Kien Thiet, Hoa Binh with land belonging to the project received compensation and support funds. The total payment amount is 15 billion VND. These are households currently using agricultural land under project recovery that have agreed to hand over the site and the compensation and support plan has been approved by functional agencies.
Thus, to date, more than 220 households have received compensation and support for site clearance for the project to invest in the construction of National Highway 5 - National Highway 10 with a total amount of more than 57 billion VND.
The Ward Compensation and Site Clearance Support Council will continue to deploy payments to households with land belonging to the project in the near future, ensuring the rights of people quickly.
Implementing the project to invest in the construction of National Highway 5 - National Highway 10, the total recovered area in the ward is 26.01 ha, of which the agricultural land area is 20.36 ha used by 654 households, up to now, Phu Lien Ward People's Committee has issued a land recovery notice and conducted inventory for 630 households, approved compensation and support plans for 254 households with agricultural land subject to project recovery.
