On July 2nd, according to An Thi commune, the An Thi commune Construction Investment Project Management Board has organized the payment of compensation, support and resettlement funds to households whose land was recovered to implement the Van Nhue - Hoang Hoa Tham Industrial Park (Tan A Dai Thanh Industrial Park) infrastructure construction investment project.
In this payment phase, 117 households in Minh Ly village received compensation, support and resettlement money. The total area of land recovered is about 180,000 m2 of rice land, with a total payment cost of more than 59 billion VND.
The payment is organized publicly, transparently, and in accordance with the law by the Commune Construction Investment Project Management Board in coordination with specialized agencies and local Party committees and authorities.
Before implementation, compensation, support and resettlement plans have been publicly posted, taking opinions from households to ensure the legitimate rights and interests of people whose land is recovered.
To make the payment process smooth, the Commune Construction Investment Project Management Board has arranged sufficient forces to guide people to complete procedures, compare dossiers, confirm information and receive money according to the correct procedures. Payment work takes place safely and orderly, creating consensus among households.
The project to invest in building infrastructure for Van Nhue - Hoang Hoa Tham Industrial Park (Tan A Dai Thanh Industrial Park) is a key project of the province, contributing to expanding the industrial development space, attracting investment, creating jobs for workers and promoting socio-economic development of the locality.
