Hong Van Commune People's Committee said that in recent days, Hong Van commune has coordinated with relevant units to continue to organize the payment of compensation and support for site clearance to serve the Hanoi International Sports Urban Area project for households in the commune.
This payment is the largest scale ever, with a total payment amount of more than 4, 245 billion VND.
To ensure security and order, and safety of property for people receiving compensation money, at the money payment points, Hong Van Commune Police have arranged forces to participate in security assurance tasks at the payment location.
Arrange forces to patrol, guard, and control the situation so that payments take place safely and on schedule; prevent and handle violations of the law. Prevent theft, robbery, disturbing public order, fighting or acts hindering payments.
Regulating traffic, guiding vehicles, avoiding congestion in crowded areas; actively supporting the elderly and people with disabilities facing difficulties in traveling to points to receive land clearance support money; coordinating with the compensation council and local authorities: supporting the protection of records, assets, cash, ensuring safety for officials performing tasks.
Thanks to the close coordination of functional forces and the consensus of the people, the work of paying compensation and support for site clearance took place safely and in accordance with regulations, without complicated security and order incidents occurring.
