Hung Yen Provincial People's Committee has just issued a Decision on disclosing information about the My Hao and Duong Hao Ward Social Housing Area Project for investors to register to participate in the project implementation.
The project is implemented in My Hao and Duong Hao wards, with a land use scale of about 4.3 hectares, excluding the area located in the Project to renovate and expand the central main road section from the bus station intersection to DT. 387.
In this total area, the land for project implementation in Duong Hao ward is about 3.5 ha and in My Hao ward is about 0.8 ha. The land area is currently mainly agricultural land allocated to households and individuals for use; a part is inter-field traffic land and irrigation land serving agricultural production.
According to published information, the project has a planned housing floor area of about 146,703.74 m2, including about 64 low-rise townhouses and 1,296 social housing apartments.
The goal of the project is to contribute to completing the target of the Project "Investing in building at least 1 million social housing apartments for low-income people and industrial park workers in the period 2021-2030"; implementing the Housing Development Program of Hung Yen province in the period 2021-2030.
The project aims to form a spacious and synchronous social housing area, thereby developing the province's social housing fund. The houses are oriented to be sold, leased and leased-purchased, meeting the housing needs of officials, employees, workers in industrial parks, low-income people and social policy beneficiaries according to regulations.
According to the adjustment of the General Planning Project of My Hao town, Hung Yen province (old) to 2040, orientation to 2050, the area proposed for project implementation is planned as social housing land.
The preliminary total estimated investment of the project is about 2,503,32,582,000 VND. The project implementation period is 24 months from the date of signing the land allocation decision.
Investors participating in project implementation are entitled to preferential mechanisms and policies, investment support according to current legal regulations.
