The Party Committee and People's Committee of Hung Yen province have just listened to and commented on a number of important contents related to socio-economic development, land policies, project investment and social housing support mechanisms.
Accordingly, the Department of Finance has presented a number of drafts including: draft Minutes of Cooperation between the Standing Committee of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee and Hai Phong City on socio-economic development; submission of authorization to the Chairman of the People's Committee at the commune level to decide on exemption and reduction of land use fees for people with revolutionary contributions and martyrs' relatives; submission of the Provincial People's Council to issue a Resolution regulating the compensation regime for people performing the task of receiving citizens, handling complaints, denunciations, recommendations and reflections; report on the application for approval to receive projects in the province.
Regarding this group of contents, Chairman of Hung Yen Provincial People's Committee Pham Quang Ngoc gave specific comments on the draft Minutes of Cooperation with Hai Phong, and at the same time requested departments and branches to fully absorb comments to complete the draft, ensure close coordination and effective implementation.
The policy of authorizing the Chairman of the People's Committee at the commune level to decide on exemption and reduction of land use fees for meritorious people and relatives of martyrs was also agreed, and at the same time, it was required to strengthen inspection and supervision of implementation results.
Regarding policies related to receiving citizens, handling complaints and denunciations, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned departments and branches to review all old documents, agree to apply the highest policy level between Hung Yen and Thai Binh before, ensuring consistency, compliance with regulations and suitability to reality.
The province also agreed on the policy of receiving and adjusting investment in a number of projects in the area according to the proposal of the Department of Construction, in which the Department of Finance coordinates to improve the quality of appraisal, ensure efficiency, and not affect the planning of other projects.
Regarding the proposal to sponsor funding to establish a detailed planning 1/500 for the Bac Thai Ninh commune area, a mechanism to support the implementation of social housing projects and the progress of golf course projects in Ngoc Lam commune, the province assigned relevant departments and branches to continue to research and carefully evaluate, ensuring suitability to reality and socio-economic efficiency.
The agreed key tasks include: closely following the growth scenario, striving to achieve the target of 10-10.5% in 2025; increasing budget collection and monitoring land use fee collection; promoting disbursement of public investment capital; developing land data and effectively implementing digital transformation; thoroughly handling complex complaints and denunciations, ensuring compliance with regulations.
These policies and orientations demonstrate Hung Yen's determination to improve management efficiency, promote sustainable socio-economic development, and create a favorable environment for investors and businesses to operate.
