The Hung Yen Province Property Auction Service Center has just announced the organization of an auction of the right to use 64 plots of land in Thanh Mieu residential area (opposite the Health Station), Vu Phuc ward (phase 1).
The plots of land have an area of 74 - 278.5m2, with starting prices ranging from 17.7 - 30.8 million VND/m2, equivalent to 277 million VND to more than 1.3 billion VND per plot.
The auction documents will be sold and received from 8:00 a.m. on October 20 to 11:30 a.m. on November 3, 2025 at Facility 2 of Hung Yen Province Property Auction Service Center (No. 6, Hai Ba Trung Street, Thai Binh Ward) and Vu Phuc Ward People's Committee. The buyer of the application needs to present a photocopy of the citizen identification card; in case of buying a household, there must be an authorization letter.
The auction is to submit directly and put into the ballot box prepared by the Property Auction Service Center - Hung Yen Department of Justice (stamped). The bidding vote will take place directly on November 3, 2025, from 8:00 to 16:30 at the hall of the Vu Phuc Ward Party Committee headquarters (old Song An Commune People's Committee). Only those who have paid the deposit are allowed to vote.
The official auction will be held at 8:00 a.m. on November 6, 2025, at the hall of the Vu Phuc Ward Party Committee, Hung Yen Province.
