The People's Committee of Hung Yen province has decided to establish Van Nhue Industrial Cluster with an area of about 52 hectares, located in Nguyen Trai commune. The industrial cluster is planned to develop industrial production infrastructure in accordance with the economic development orientation of the province.
According to the decision, Van Nhue Industrial Cluster has adjacent locations: the Northeast and Southeast borders rice-growing land; the Northwest borders new residential areas, cultivated land and Tan Phuc - Vong Phan road; the Southwest borders DT.386 road. This area has favorable conditions for traffic connection and production organization.
The industrial cluster is oriented to attract industries such as electronics, semiconductors; energy; metal processing and processing; precision mechanics; manufacturing, machinery manufacturing and other manufacturing and business sectors in accordance with the industrial development plan of Hung Yen province.
The investor in the construction of technical infrastructure is Van Nhue Industrial Infrastructure Investment and Development Joint Stock Company. The project is invested in building synchronous infrastructure on a total area of about 52 hectares.
The total estimated investment is 482 billion VND, of which about 150 billion VND is contributed capital of investors, the rest is loans and mobilized capital.
The project implementation progress lasts 2 years from the date of the decision to establish the industrial cluster. The investment preparation phase will be implemented in the first 9 months; the infrastructure construction phase will be from October to the end of the 24th month. After completion, the project will be put into management and exploitation.
According to the decision of the Provincial People's Committee, the investor is responsible for implementing the construction of technical infrastructure for the industrial cluster in accordance with regulations, ensuring progress, capital and organizing the management and provision of public services and general utilities in the industrial cluster.
Relevant departments, branches and Nguyen Trai Commune People's Committee coordinate to implement state management and supervise the project implementation process according to regulations.
