The Department of Construction of Hung Yen province has just publicly announced the selling price and rental price of social housing in the two buildings CT1 and CT2 of the Social Housing Project, Hien Nam Ward, Hung Yen City (old). The project is invested by Hung Yen Housing Construction Investment Joint Stock Company, implemented in Pho Hien ward.
According to the announcement, the selling price of apartments in CT1 building is 20,912,600 VND per square meter of floor space, CT2 building is 20,912,900 VND per square meter. The rental price for both buildings is 395,900 VND per square meter of floor per month. The above prices include 10% of investor's profit, 5% value added tax, but do not include maintenance fees.
The Department of Construction also publicly disclosed related documents, including the investor's price announcement document, price approval decision, sales price determination dossier and appraisal report of VIC VIC Valuation and Trading Joint Stock Company.

The Department requests the Information Technology Center - Provincial People's Committee Office to publicly post information on the Provincial Electronic Information Portal so that people know and prepare documents to register to buy social housing according to regulations.
At the same time, Hung Yen Housing Construction Investment Joint Stock Company must publicly announce the price on the enterprise's electronic information page, post it at least once in the province's newspapers, radio and television and at the trading floor (if any), and report to the Department of Construction on the number of apartments expected to be sold, time of receiving documents, application location and number of apartments for rent or sale.
