The People's Committee of Hung Yen province has just issued Decision No. 1980/QD-UBND, announcing information on the Investment Project to build a social housing area in the area of Le Van Luong Street, Pho Hien Ward to serve the reception of documents of investors registering to participate in the project.
According to the decision, the project is being implemented on a land area of about 38,995 m2, bordering National Highway 38B to the North, bordering traffic routes and planned roads to the East and West, and bordering residential areas to the South.
The scale includes a social housing block of more than 16,900 m2, maximum construction density of 43%, 25 floors above ground and 1 basement; and a low-rise commercial housing area of more than 4,190 m2 with 70 townhouses, maximum height of 5 floors. The current status of the land includes part of agricultural land and partly managed by the People's Committee of Pho Hien Ward.

The project aims to contribute to the completion of the 1 million apartment project according to Decision 338/QD-TTg and implement the Housing Development Program of Hung Yen province for the period 2021-2030. According to Decision 1392/QD-UBND on Adjusting the General Planning of Hung Yen City (old) to 2035, this land belongs to the residential land group.
The total estimated investment is more than VND 2,861 billion, the implementation period is 2 years from the date the Provincial People's Committee allocates the land. Investors participating in the project will enjoy incentives according to the law.
The Department of Construction of Hung Yen province said that the deadline for receiving project registration documents is 30 days from the time of posting the information. After this deadline, the Department will not accept additional documents. Investors submit documents at the One-stop Department of the Department of Construction (Provincial Public Administration Service Center), Quang Truong Street, Pho Hien Ward.
