For the Doc Da Trang Industrial Park Project (started on August 19, 2025), the construction unit is clearing the site on an area of 50 hectares.
The locality has completed site clearance of 116.25 hectares in phase 1 and is listing a compensation plan for affected households in phase 2 with an area of 170.76 hectares.
Meanwhile, the Doc Let - Phuong Mai Tourist Area Project is currently in the process of being processed by the investor to change the land use purpose, allocate and lease land in phase 1 (68.5 hectares have been cleared).
At the same time, the investor is selecting a consulting unit to prepare an environmental impact assessment report and feasibility study for the project.
With the Hon Ngang - Bai Cat Tham Sea Eco-tourism Project, the site clearance and embankment of mountain feet in Area C have been completed and 3 model villas have been built in Area A.
The construction unit is continuing to deploy main infrastructure items such as traffic routes, coastal embankments, rainwater drainage systems, wastewater, lighting, transformer stations, etc. It is expected that by 2028, the project will be partially operational.
Along with that, the Provincial Economic Zone and Industrial Zone Management Board also reported on the implementation of 5 projects in the process of preparing documents, submitting for approval of investment policies, and selecting investors, including:
Ho Na tourism and housing area (Dai Lanh commune), Hyundai factory expansion project (phase 2), Ninh Diem 1 Industrial Park, Ninh Diem 3 Industrial Park, Ninh Xuan Industrial Park (scale of 1,000ha, in Tan Dinh and Tay Ninh Hoa communes).
At the same time, the Board also raised difficulties and obstacles that delayed the progress of a number of projects such as: Ninh Long Residential Area, Ninh Thuy Residential Area, WhiteSand Resort, Van Phong High-end Resort.
The leaders of Khanh Hoa province have requested the Management Board of Economic Zones and Industrial Parks to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies to synchronously deploy solutions to speed up the progress of key projects.
Specifically, for projects that have been approved for investment policies and are being implemented, the Management Board needs to report to the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, clarify the completion time and the possibility of shortening site clearance progress when applying Resolution 55/2022/QH15 of the National Assembly on piloting specific mechanisms and policies for the development of Khanh Hoa province.
For projects that are in the process of preparing documents or submitting for investment policy approval, the Management Board is assigned to review each project, coordinate with the Department of Finance to advise on solutions to handle problems in accordance with legal regulations, and speed up the progress of projects that have completed procedures...
