On October 7, a reporter from Lao Dong Newspaper at Hoa Tien Xuan Thanh Resort (in Xuan Thanh Tourist Area, in Tien Dien Commune) recorded that many villas running along the beach were collapsed and severely damaged by storm No. 10.
At this time, investors are hiring dozens of local workers and excavators to dig and remove sand from the beach to build a temporary embankment, reinforced with thousands of sandbags in front of damaged villas to block waves from encroaching on them.
In the villas that had not yet collapsed, which were previously hit by waves deep into the frog jaw opening under the foundation, workers were pouring sand and using spray pipes to cover the foundation.
A management officer at Hoa Tien Xuan Thanh Resort said that storm No. 10 caused severe damage to the villa row along the coast, and the investor is currently temporarily building the embankment with sandbags running along the coast.
Later, the unit will build solid embankments to ensure waveproofing and protect the villas located in front of this sea.
This villa area is one of the complexes of the Hoa Tien Paradise Project, an 18-hole international standard links golf course, a 3000-seat dog racing course, a yacht wharf, a club house, and a Camping Beach Sun Flower tourist area... invested by Hong Lam Xuan Thanh Joint Stock Company.
