This price also includes maintenance costs and value added tax; it does not include parking costs, fuel, energy, tap water, television services, communications, and other service costs for the private use of the owner or user of the house.
According to the Van Phong Economic Zone Management Board, advising the Provincial People's Committee to issue a price frame for renting workers' accommodation in industrial parks in Khanh Hoa province to serve as a basis for investors building workers' accommodation to negotiate with tenants is necessary and ensures compliance with regulations.
Through reviewing the management of housing rental prices for workers in industrial parks in Khanh Hoa, it is found that investors are currently allowing workers to stay without charging any fees.
The deadline for comments on the draft is December 7 and will be completed by relevant agencies and submitted to the People's Committee. The decision is expected to be issued in December 2024 and take effect from January 1, 2025.
