On the morning of January 12, at land plot CT-01, An Binh Tan urban area, Vo Van Kiet street, Nam Nha Trang ward, Khanh Hoa province, the groundbreaking ceremony and groundbreaking ceremony of the CT-01 Social Housing Project (Golden Square Nha Trang) took place.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Tran Hong Minh - Minister of Construction said that according to the targets assigned in the Project "Investing in building at least 1 million social housing apartments for low-income people and industrial park workers in the period 2021-2030", Khanh Hoa province must complete 14,300 social housing units.

In 2025 alone, according to Decision No. 444/QD-TTg dated February 27, 2025 of the Prime Minister, Khanh Hoa was assigned the target of completing 2,845 units. To date, the locality has completed 2,523 units, reaching about 89% of the plan.
For 2026, the Prime Minister assigned the target of developing 1,103 social housing units.
In which, the Golden Square Nha Trang Project is identified as one of the important projects, contributing to supplementing the supply of social housing, especially for workers working in industrial parks in the province.
The commencement of the CT-01 Social Housing Project is a practical activity, contributing to the implementation of social security goals, and at the same time welcoming the 14th National Party Congress.
Mr. Tran Hong Minh requested the local government and the investor to focus on implementing the project on schedule, ensuring the quality of the project, soon putting it into operation and use, bringing practical benefits to the people.
In the coming time, Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee is requested to continue to promote the development of social housing, focus on allocating appropriate land funds, reform administrative procedures, and shorten the time for appraisal and approval of projects.
At the same time, proactively clear the site and create a clean land fund to attract businesses to participate in investment.
The Ministry of Construction affirmed that it will continue to accompany localities and businesses in guiding and removing difficulties and obstacles, in order to complete the social housing development targets assigned by the Government.
According to information from the investor, the Golden Square Nha Trang Project is expected to contribute to expanding the social housing fund in the province, meeting the housing needs of low-income people, civil servants, public employees and workers in the context of rapid urbanization.

According to the plan, the Golden Square Nha Trang Project is built on an area of more than 10,372m2, with a total floor area of about 77,972m2, including 2 blocks of 15-story apartment buildings and 1 basement, providing 772 social housing apartments.
The apartments are designed with 1 to 3 bedrooms, with an area of 35m2 to 76.9m2, ensuring usability and meeting the basic living needs of households.
