The Department of Construction is responsible for disseminating, guiding, urging, and inspecting the implementation of the Directive to all organizations and individuals participating in construction investment activities in the area.
At the same time, review and clearly define the functions and tasks between relevant levels and agencies to ensure consistency, connectivity, and efficiency in quality management and construction safety.
Khanh Hoa province requires the Department of Construction to proactively prepare a plan to organize the apparatus in accordance with the orientation of arranging administrative units and a 2-level local government model according to the direction of the Central Government, avoiding interruptions in the implementation of state management tasks on construction.
Khanh Hoa province requires strengthening specialized inspection and examination work; strictly handling violations in construction activities in accordance with legal regulations. Violations will be suspended, the license will be revoked or punished according to authority.
In 2024, Khanh Hoa Department of Construction organized 2 administrative inspections and 7 specialized inspections on construction order; issued 6 decisions to sanction administrative violations under the authority of the Department's Chief Inspector.
At the same time, the Provincial People's Committee was advised to issue 4 more penalty decisions, with a total amount of money paid to the budget of nearly 1.84 billion VND.
