On the afternoon of August 19, the People's Committee of Nghe An province and Sun Group organized the groundbreaking ceremony for the Truong Vinh housing, commercial, and service complex project.
The project has a total estimated investment of nearly 9,000 billion VND, implemented on a land area of more than 3.7ha in the Hai Quan roundabout area, adjacent to Le Hong Phong and V.I Lenin streets.
According to the plan, the project includes 5 towers with a maximum height of 39 floors, integrating housing, commercial and service functions. This is Sun Group's first project in Vinh urban area.
In addition to high-rise buildings, the project allocates space for the central square, green trees, walking paths, community living space, outdoor libraries and commercial and service areas.
According to the People's Committee of Nghe An province, when completed, the project is expected to create additional housing, commercial, and service supply, and at the same time form an architectural highlight on the Lenin Avenue axis.
Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee Vo Trong Hai requested the investor to implement the project in accordance with the plan, ensuring progress, quality and compliance with regulations on construction, fire prevention and fighting, and environment.
At the same time, the project must focus on traffic infrastructure, parking lots, green trees and utilities, limiting the impact on traffic and people's lives during construction.
Mr. Dang Minh Truong - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sun Group said that the enterprise will focus resources on project implementation, aiming to form a new urban complex in Nghe An.
