    HUE - The project to celebrate the Hue City Party Congress - a 5-star hotel - started construction right next to the social housing area.

    On September 30, the investor of the Ecogarden urban area project started construction of the Best Western Premier Hotel - Hue Sky Hotel - a project to celebrate the 17th Hue City Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

    The project is located in Thuy Van complex phase 2 (Vy Da ward, Hue city), invested by the consortium of Cotana Capital Real Estate Investment and Development Joint Stock Company. The project consists of two 25-storey towers, one basement, with a scale of 370 international standard rooms, built on an area of over 5,400m2, with a total investment of about 1,000 billion VND, expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2028.

    Currently, the urban area has formed townhouses, villas, shophouses and more than 1,000 social housing apartments on the 20% project land fund.
