On August 19, in Dong Hoi ward, Quang Tri province, a groundbreaking ceremony for the Bao Ninh 1 Social Housing Project was held.
The project is located in Bao Ninh urban area, conveniently connected with the administrative center, industrial park and scenic spots, inheriting synchronous technical - social infrastructure.
The project has a construction density of 28.25%, most of the area is for trees, playgrounds and walking paths, creating a clean living environment, separating dust and noise.
The project planning includes 2 9-storey social housing blocks and 2 3-storey commercial and service blocks, with 432 apartments with an area of 35m2 to 75m2.
The design focuses on optimizing functionality, combining aesthetics and utilities, aiming to build a civilized, sustainable community and improve the quality of life for workers, policy beneficiaries as well as cadres, civil servants and public employees.
Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Phan Phong Phu - Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Tri province said that the construction of Bao Ninh 1 Social Housing area is an important step to realize the social security policy of the Party and State, creating conditions for low-income people, workers and laborers to have the opportunity to access suitable accommodation.
He praised the efforts of the investor consortium and departments and branches, and suggested focusing on construction on schedule, ensuring quality and safety, to soon put the project into service of the people.
