On April 13, the People's Committee of Dong Nai province issued a plan to organize the launching ceremony of the Chua Chan Mountain Eco-tourism and Resort Project, Xuan Loc District.
According to the People's Committee of Dong Nai Province, the organization of promoting the eco -tourism project, resort of Chu Chan mountain entertainment to introduce an overview of the project. At the same time, grasping the importance of the tourism development task, creating a strong change of the entire political system, all levels and sectors on the position and role of tourism in the task of socio -economic development of Dong Nai province.
Through the launching ceremony to introduce the potential and advantages of eco -tourism, resort and entertainment in Chua Chan mountain, at the same time, well preparing resources and calling for attracting investors interested in the project, soon forming a large, high -class eco -tourism area of the province.
Along with that, creating a communication effect, attracting tourists right from the first stage of the project, creating a strong influence to promote tourism development, striving to build Dong Nai into a key tourism locality of the Southeast region by 2030.
The expected time is expected to be held on the morning of April 19 in Gia Ray town, Xuan Loc district. Estimated components invite about 400 delegates from central ministries, provincial levels, districts - cities and Xuan Loc district.

Previously, in early March 2025, the People's Committee of Dong Nai province issued a decision approving the adjustment of the overall planning for conservation, restoration, restoration and embellishment of the scenic relic of Chua Chan Mountain until 2030.
According to the decision, the scope of research adjustment of the monument plan is 1,749.86ha (including 1,746.73ha is the total area of the protection area 1 - the security area 2 and 3.13ha serving the current traffic connection), located on 5 administrative units including 4 communes of Xuan Tho, Xuan Truong, Xuan Hiep, Suoi Cat and Gia Ray town in Xuan Loc district, Dong Nai province.
The Chuong Chan mountain tourism, ecological and resort project group has a total investment of about VND18,000 billion.
Chua Chan mountain (also known as Gia Lao mountain, in Xuan Loc district, Dong Nai province) is 837m high above sea level and about 100km from Ho Chi Minh City. This is considered the "roof" of Dong Nai province and the second highest mountain in the Southeast (after Ba Den Mountain, Tay Ninh Province). In 2012, Chua Chan mountain was ranked as a national landscape.
A rare phenomenon once appeared here when a giant cloud district covered the top of Chua Chan mountain on the morning of October 31, 2024.
