To create conditions for accommodation and meals for officials and employees when returning to work at Bach Mai Hospital and Viet Duc Friendship Hospital facility 2 in Ninh Binh, Ninh Binh province is focusing on accelerating the construction progress of social housing projects for officials and employees of the above 2 hospitals.
For the social housing project for officials and employees of Bach Mai Hospital facility 2, it is built on an area of about 1.2ha, including 2 10-story social housing buildings at land plots CT01 and CT02, with a maximum construction density of 40%. Scale of 216 apartments/1 building, total of 432 apartments, construction floor area of about 11,500m2/1 building and construction of auxiliary items to ensure synchronous connection of technical infrastructure according to the approved plan such as internal traffic roads, parking lots, electricity supply system, water supply, rainwater drainage, wastewater drainage, green landscapes... Total investment is 284.97 billion VND.
Present at the project construction site on March 19, according to the reporter of Lao Dong Newspaper, contractors are mobilizing manpower, machinery and equipment to speed up the project progress.
Building CT01 has completed the construction of the rough structure and is constructing walls on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th floors. Building CT02 has completed the construction of the rough structure and is constructing walls on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th floors.
The project to invest in building social housing for officials and employees of Viet Duc Hospital facility 2 in Ninh Binh is built on an area of about 0.59ha, at land plot OCT-01, including 1 10-story social housing building, construction density of about 45%, scale of 216 apartments, construction floor area of about 11,500m2 and construction of auxiliary items to ensure synchronous connection of technical infrastructure according to the approved plan. The total investment is 143.4 billion VND.
Up to now, the construction unit has completed the construction of the rough structure and is constructing walls for the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th floors.
Mr. Do Huy Tuan - Deputy Director of the Construction Investment Project Management Board (under the Ninh Binh Provincial Department of Construction), the investor of the above 2 projects - said that 2 social housing construction investment projects for officials and doctors of Bach Mai Hospital and Viet Duc cơ sở 2 in Ninh Binh were started in August 2025, according to the approved decision, the completion time is in 2028. However, before the actual requirements, the unit is directing contractors to work overtime even at night to shorten the project completion time.
We are striving to complete the project and put it into use in August 2026. Up to now, the construction volume of the above 2 projects has reached about 80% of the volume" - Mr. Tuan said.
