In October 2024, Mr. Nguyen Tan Tuan - Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee - signed a document implementing the Prime Minister's direction on strengthening the focus on directing and implementing the Land Law.
Previously, on October 20, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh signed an official dispatch on strengthening the focus on directing and implementing the Land Law.
In the telegram, the Prime Minister criticized localities that have not yet issued full documents to implement the Land Law, limiting the effectiveness of law enforcement and affecting the rights of people and businesses. Among the localities criticized is Khanh Hoa province.
Receiving the telegram, the leaders of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee requested the departments of Natural Resources and Environment (TNMT), Justice, Planning and Investment (KHDT), Construction, Finance, Agriculture and Rural Development (NNPTNT) to review and clarify the responsibilities of organizations and individuals for the delay in advising the Provincial People's Committee (or Provincial People's Council) to issue legal documents guiding the implementation of the Land Law.
The head of Khanh Hoa province also requested the heads of the departments, agencies, and sectors of Natural Resources and Environment, Justice, Planning and Investment, Agriculture and Rural Development, and the Van Phong Economic Zone Management Board to focus on directing resolutely and urgently completing the draft document guiding the implementation of the Land Law to advise the Provincial People's Committee (or Provincial People's Council) to promulgate.
For documents guiding the implementation of the Land Law and documents guiding the implementation of Decrees guiding the implementation of the Land Law, localities set targets for departments and branches to complete before October 31 and November 15.
