Social housing project worth over VND900 billion
Mr. Giang A Tinh - Vice Chairman of Lai Chau Provincial People's Committee - has just signed Decision No. 2629/QD-UBND on approving the investment policy, and at the same time assigned the investor to implement the investment project to build Doan Ket Lai Chau Social Housing Area (in Doan Ket ward). Accordingly, the project is invested by Lan Hung Real Estate Group Joint Stock Company (located in Thuan Thanh Ward, Bac Ninh Province).
This project has a total estimated investment of more than 905 billion VND, of which the investor's capital is 220 billion VND and other legal mobilized loans are more than 685 billion VND.
According to the decision, the project will be implemented on an area of about 31,000m2, with complete and synchronous investment in technical infrastructure, social housing, commercial housing and other works.

Accordingly, the construction of 3 social housing blocks in the form of apartments is expected to be 15-20 floors high, providing about 960 apartments. Construction of commercial housing on an area of 20% of residential land belonging to the project, expected to have about 40 apartments, 4-5 floors high.
Build a 2-storey kindergarten on an area of about 370m2. Outdoor technical infrastructure system items: power supply system, water supply, fire prevention and fighting, landscape garden and parking lot... At the same time, the project has reserved about 880m2 of land to serve resettlement for affected households.
According to the decision, the project's operation period is 50 years, from the date the investor is allocated land or leased land. home buyers attached to land use rights are allowed to use land stably according to the provisions of the law on land.
Providing accommodation for about 3,000 people
The Doan Ket Lai Chau Social Housing Project is being implemented to concretize the Government's project "Investing in the construction of at least 1 million social housing apartments for low-income people and industrial park workers in the period of 2021-2030".
This social housing area will accommodate about 3,000 people. The project is also expected to create momentum for socio-economic development in neighboring areas, while creating jobs for workers throughout the implementation and completion process.

According to the decision, the implementation period is 3 years (from 2025-2028). Specifically, in the fourth quarter of 2025 - the third quarter of 2026, technical infrastructure, public works and CT1 apartment building will be completed.
From the fourth quarter of 2026 - the fourth quarter of 2028, construction and completion of two adjacent CT2, CT3 apartment buildings and commercial housing.
The decision also clearly states the responsibility of investors in complying with construction, environment, fire prevention and fighting, ensuring the quality of works and prioritizing the use of local labor.
The Provincial People's Committee also assigned the Department of Construction to guide investors to carry out procedures for establishing, appraising designs, granting construction permits, determining selling, renting, and leasing prices according to the provisions of the law on construction. Inspect the implementation of regulations on construction quality management.
Assign the Department of Agriculture and Environment to manage the implementation of the project to ensure compliance with the approved planning and land use plan. Guiding investors to carry out procedures for land allocation and issuance of land use right certificates according to regulations.
