According to Hoa Phu Commune People's Committee, the road project from Se market to Dong Lac, provincial road 429 is an important project in expanding development space, promoting trade, strengthening regional connectivity, contributing to improving people's lives.
However, land acquisition and site clearance - the key stage of the project, directly affecting the rights and thoughts of households, requires to be carried out cautiously, transparently and humanely.
Clearly aware of this, the Party Committee and government of Hoa Phu commune have synchronously implemented many solutions, in which attention is paid to propaganda, mobilization and direct dialogue with each household.
Through dialogue sessions, the government not only disseminates policies but also listens to and promptly answers people's concerns related to compensation prices, support plans and impacts on livelihoods.
All contents are public and transparent; at the same time, the government shows a spirit of receptiveness, receiving reasonable opinions to adjust plans to suit reality. Thereby, gradually consolidating trust and creating consensus among the people.
Thanks to this approach, all 35 households with land subject to project recovery have agreed and voluntarily dismantled the works, handing over the site to the construction unit, and there are no cases of forced demolition.
