Lang Son - The Provincial People's Committee transferred a number of houses and land facilities in Khanh Khe, Tri Le and Tan Doan to new units for management and use.

Lang Son Provincial People's Committee transferred many houses and land facilities in Khanh Khe, Tri Le and Tan Doan communes to new units for management and use, in order to improve the efficiency of exploiting public assets.

In Khanh Khe commune, the old school area of Khanh Khe Kindergarten was transferred to the Khanh Khe Commune Health Station for management. This area has a land area of 1,243 m2, with a land use right value of more than 350 million VND.

On the land, there are administrative buildings, classrooms, security houses, toilets, kitchens and other functional rooms; the total original value of assets attached to the land is 1.29 billion VND, the remaining value is more than 1.2 billion VND.

In Tri Le commune, Na Muoi school point under Luong Nang Primary School was transferred to Luong Nang Kindergarten.

This facility is 4,340 m2 wide, with a land use right value of more than 156 million VND, including many level IV classrooms, toilets and office buildings. Among them, one classroom built in 2012 is still worth more than 75.8 million VND, and many old items have expired.

In Tan Doan commune, a part of the old elementary school area of Tan Doan Primary & Secondary School is divided to be transferred to Tan Doan Kindergarten and Tan Doan Commune People's Committee.

The part allocated to the kindergarten has an area of 2,601.4 m2, including a 4-grade classroom block, a 2-story classroom block and a multi-purpose building. The part allocated to the Commune People's Committee is 1,238.6 m2 wide, including offices. Some assets here have not determined the original land use rights price.

According to the appendix attached to the decision, the reason for the transfer is that the old units no longer need to be used, the rearrangement is aimed at improving the efficiency of management and use of public assets. After the transfer, most of the assets continue to serve professional activities, and part is used as working headquarters.

The Provincial People's Committee requests units receiving assets to review dossiers, determine the original price and remaining value for assets that have not been fully tracked in books, and at the same time register ownership rights, usage rights and declare changes according to regulations.

The Chairmen of the People's Committees of Khanh Khe, Tri Le and Tan Doan communes are assigned to direct the handover, receipt and inspection of asset management after transfer.
