Urgently remove obstacles
Regarding the reasons why some social housing projects in the province are behind schedule compared to the province's plan and solutions to attract investors and accelerate the progress of social housing projects in the coming time, Mr. Mai Van Ha said: Thanks to the attention and direction of the Provincial Party Committee, Provincial People's Council and Provincial People's Committee, the development of social housing in the province in the past time has had many positive changes.

However, some social housing projects are still being implemented slowly, affecting the handover of apartments as well as the province's annual social housing development completion target.
The main reason is that site clearance has not met the implementation progress of the entire project. To accelerate the progress of social housing development in the province, the Provincial People's Committee has directed the Department of Construction, Department of Agriculture and Environment, Provincial Land Fund Development Center and related units to urgently remove obstacles and difficulties for investors in order to soon start construction of social housing projects according to the direction of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Cong Hoang in Notice No. 232/TB-UBND dated March 18, 2026.
At the same time, the province continues to call for and attract investment in new social housing projects to increase the number of social housing apartments in the province.
