On January 28, information from the Department of Construction of Khanh Hoa province said that this unit has created a Zalo group named "HTTT - Housing and Real Estate Market - Khanh Hoa".
This is to promptly update the situation of project implementation, and at the same time receive and answer difficulties and obstacles in the process of implementing procedures related to housing and the real estate market in the province.
In addition, the establishment of the Zalo group is expected to help strengthen two-way information exchange, promptly remove obstacles arising in the project implementation process, especially for social housing projects that Khanh Hoa province is prioritizing to promote.
According to the Department of Construction, up to now, investors, real estate exchanges, brokerage service business units and notary offices in the province have basically registered reporting accounts on the Ministry of Construction's information system at bds.moc.gov.vn, in accordance with the Government's regulations.
At the same time, the Department of Construction is also developing a Project to establish a Local Housing Fund, which has now been sent to collect opinions from departments, agencies, branches and related localities; it is expected to be submitted to the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province in February 2026.
Regarding the implementation of the Project "Investing in building at least 1 million social housing units for low-income people and industrial park workers in the period 2021 - 2030", by the end of December 2025, Khanh Hoa province had completed about 3,023 social housing units, reaching 106.21%, exceeding the target assigned by the Prime Minister in 2025 (2,846 units).
According to Resolution No. 07/NQ-CP of the Government, the total target for social housing development in the period 2025 - 2030 assigned to Khanh Hoa province is 10,088 units, of which 3,200 units are assigned in 2026.
By January 2026, there were 13 social housing projects in the province assigned to investors or approved for investment policy by the Provincial People's Committee, with a total land area of about 109.255ha, scale of 17,498 apartments, total investment of about 25,016.52 billion VND.
Among these, 7 projects have been started, 4 projects are completing procedures to start construction in 2026, and 2 housing projects for the armed forces with 3,791 apartments.
Mr. Tran Hoa Nam - Vice Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee requested the Department of Construction to continue to remove difficulties for investors and accelerate the construction progress for projects that have been started.
For projects that are in the investment preparation stage, it is necessary to put dossiers into the "green channel" to resolve procedures in a timely manner, creating conditions for early construction deployment.
