On October 16, the People's Committee of Vung Tau Ward (HCMC) held a conference to collect public opinions on the planning of the land for the Tung My Vung Tau Commercial Complex project, financial conference center and tourist apartments on Le Hong Phong Street.
Based on the people's contributions, the investor will consider adjusting the project to be more suitable and according to the general planning in the area.
The People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province (formerly) has approved local adjustments to the 1/2000 scale zoning plan of Bai Sau Khu Vung Tau City (formerly) for a number of land plots; in which, the land of the Tung My Vung Tau Commercial Complex project, financial conference center and tourist apartment, with a total area of 6,789.2m2 is planned as service - tourism land, maximum construction density of 40%, maximum height of 50 floors...
Therefore, Tung My Vung Tau Trading Company Limited has prepared a master plan for the project as a basis for implementing investment and construction according to regulations. The building in the project has an area of over 2,100m2 including 50 floors above ground and 3 basements; maximum height of 199m, scale of 1,925 hotel rooms and tourist apartments (including 250 hotel rooms and 1,675 tourist apartments), at the same time serving more than 3,500 people; total investment of about 6,000 billion VND.

The investor said that if all goes well as planned, the related procedures and construction permits will be completed in 2025. In 2026, the project will carry out investment procedures and complete technical infrastructure. In 2027, the project will be under construction and is expected to be completed and put into operation by December 2030.
After completion, the project will contribute to improving urban aesthetics, meeting the tourist tourism and resort needs, and contributing to the urban development of the locality.
According to the People's Committee of Vung Tau Ward, through reviewing the land area for the above project, it meets the conditions for implementing the establishment and approval of the master plan. Therefore, the locality has organized a consultation with relevant communities, and at the same time consulted the Department of Planning and Architecture; Department of Construction, Department of Agriculture and Environment of Ho Chi Minh City to give comments and instructions on related contents.
