According to the reporter's records, the location where Phu Ha market will be built and the land use rights auction will be adjacent to the east side of Phu Ha industrial park, adjacent to the main Hung Vuong road (the road through the industrial park, also known as road 35).
Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyen - a resident of Tan Son district (a worker at Phu Ha Industrial Park) said: "Phu Ha Industrial Park is developing rapidly. I read in the newspaper that there are 23,000 workers working here. The demand for buying and selling goods is very large, so building a market is necessary and appropriate."
Mr. Tran Van Hung (a resident of Ha Loc commune, Phu Tho town) shared: "Building a market worthy of the development of Phu Ha industrial park is a must. Hopefully, having a market will reduce the situation of temporary and spontaneous markets that have sprung up along Highway 35, ensuring aesthetics, traffic safety and food hygiene and safety."
