Project name: Housing for armed forces families in the Army (social housing for military families) in Nam Nha Trang ward (Khanh Hoa province).
Construction scale: Total construction area is about 318,520m2, of which the basement area is about 18,861m2; construction density is about 38%; land use coefficient: 12.44 times.
The height of the project is 34 floors; number of basements: 1 floor.
Total expected apartments: About 2,776 apartments (including 2,221 houses for the armed forces in the Army and 555 commercial apartments developed and exploited by investors on the basis of enjoying incentives according to the provisions of Article 85 of the 2023 Housing Law).
The expected population is about 8,300 people, the total investment capital is about 4,960 billion VND.
Project implementation progress:
2025: Complete procedures on investment, land allocation, environment, fire prevention and fighting, design... for construction licensing and construction began.
2026 - 2027: Construction of the project, completion of acceptance work.
2028: Organize the handover and putting the project into exploitation and use.

In Hanoi, there are 11 planned land locations, of which 10 have been sent by the Ministry of National Defense to the Hanoi People's Committee for location approval, 1 location has been approved, the remaining 9 locations are waiting for feedback.
Bac Ninh province has 3 land points, including 1 national defense point that changes the purpose of use and 2 points introduced by the locality. The Ministry of National Defense and the Provincial People's Committee have agreed on the project location; Of which, only 1 point in Tan Tien ward is eligible for construction.
Quang Ninh province has 2 locations introduced by the locality but 1 location in Quang Hanh ward is not eligible for construction, the General Department of Logistics and Engineering will report to the Ministry of National Defense to propose the locality to introduce another location.
In Ho Chi Minh City, there are 5 defense land plots that have changed their use purpose, the Ministry of National Defense has sent a document requesting the City People's Committee to agree on the project location.
Dong Nai province has 11 land points, of which 10 points have been sent by the Ministry of National Defense to the province for location agreed upon, 1 point is being reported to the Ministry of National Defense. The Provincial People's Committee has agreed on 4 points; the General Department is synthesizing to submit to the Ministry of National Defense to send to the locality to agree on 3 more projects.
