Projects using the city budget that will be inaugurated in 2025 include: Investment project to build the Political - Administrative Center, traffic system and synchronous technical infrastructure in the urban area of Bac Song Cam (over 2,513 billion VND); Investment project to build the Conference - Performance Center, synchronous technical infrastructure system in the urban area of Bac Song Cam (over 2,336 billion VND); Investment project to build the Square in front of the Political - Administrative Center in the urban area of Bac Song Cam phase 1 (336 billion VND). 2 traffic projects that will also be inaugurated in 2025 are the investment project to build Lai Xuan bridge and renovate and expand provincial road 352 (1,334 billion VND) and the investment project to build the Hoa River overpass and the section through Hai Phong of the road from Thai Binh city to Nghin bridge (over 760 billion VND).
Also in 2025, Hai Phong City will complete 5 projects using non-budgetary capital: LG Innotek factory project (over 47,122 billion VND), Investment project to build container terminals No. 3 and 4 of Hai Phong International Gateway Port (over 6,946 billion VND), Investment project to build terminals No. 5 and 6 of Lach Huyen port area of Hai Phong seaport (over 8,951 billion VND); Ecovance high-tech biodegradable materials factory project (over 11,887 billion VND). The May Chai bridge project and the access roads at both ends of the bridge belonging to the Vu Yen Island Amusement, Recreation, Housing and Ecological Park project, Hai Phong City with a total investment of over 2,300 billion VND are also expected to be inaugurated in 2025.
