Land users make documents to reissue lost red books
When submitting an application for reissuance of lost red books, the land user submits an application for registration of changes in land attached to land according to Form No. 11/DK issued with Decree 101/2024/ND-CP.
Note, there must be a confirmation from the People's Committee at the commune level about having posted the notice of losing the red book within 15 days.
The documents proving that they had posted the news 3 times on the media about the loss of the red book.

Pay the fee for re -issuance of the red book
The fee for re -granting red book depends on the regulations of the provincial People's Council depending on the locality.
Based on specific conditions for each locality, the fee for reissuing the red book must be appropriate, ensuring the principle: "Arrears for households and individuals in districts under centrally run cities, inner-city wards of the city or towns directly under the province are higher than the collection level in other areas; the collection rate for organizations is higher than the collection level for households and individuals".
Losing the red book cannot be transferred to the name, transfer the land use right
The red book is one of the required documents when selling land. If the red book is lost, people need to reissue the red book, otherwise they will not be able to transfer the land use rights.
